Install problem with MPluginManager

I have several Melda plugins installed. Now i want to install MCompressor from the free bundle too. But when i select it in the pluginmanager and click Install i get this message:

Plugin manager needs to uninstall the following software from your computer.
Meldaproduction audio plugins 16.

Do you want to proceed? (Yes/No)

So i click No because everything that is installed works fine, i don't want to uninstall anything. So how do i simply install MCompressor?

By the way, the Plugin Manager is v17. So what is going on?
These managers are just a big pain sometimes. When i purchased my first melda plugin i could download it from the website and install it.

This means you currently have version v16.xx of the plugins installed and have not updated them for some time. You have two options:

1. Recommended: Download MPluginManager, confirm the uninstallation of the v16 plugins, and then install the v17 plugins. All your settings and presets will be preserved, but you will need to reinstall the plugins .

You can do this manually without logging in- just select the plugins you need and click Install / Change. Alternatively, you can sign in and select plugins based on your license (faster), along with any additional ones you want. After that, you will be on v17 with all the plugins you need..

2. Download the legacy v16.11 installer from here https://www.meldaproduction.com/downloa ... Plugins+16 and install just MCompressor.
