Just Purchased Iona, Cannot Activate

I have purchased from your webstore

The Inmusic Profile website tells me the product is registered and lists the serial code.

I have downloaded the inmusic product manager app

I have used it to install Iona and activate it

I then open it up in my DAW (reaper) and it tells me that I need to activate the app, which requires entering the serial code.

I enter the code (which wasn't easy to do) and it tells me the product has already been registered.

What am I doing wrong? How do I get this to work? I have paid for this and I am not happy.
