Same here.
Ubuntu 25.10, Waveform 13.5.21
MT-PowerDrumKit 2:
- VST3 version opens with a plain white canvas only, nothing else becomes visualized.
In latest version of Reaper (native linux version) this problem does not happen, MT-PowerDrumKit 2 GUI shows up as expected.
Thanks.

Thanks for your advice, sadly I find Reaper too complicated and time consuming for me, but I respect who prefers it, I'm a little more Cubase/Waveform style user.

Thanks for this helpful feedback. So, if other DAW can open it fine, that I report it to Tracktion now.

I just load native Reaper on this Linux laptop to test stuff so i can see if a plugin will work in one daw and not the other etc... I use multiple Daws on multiple Os'es, My main Daw is Logic pro on Mac mini m4, but i always install Reaper on all Os'es just to test stuff, I just started playing around with waveform on linux since i purchased it and never used it, so I thought i would install it on this Lenovo Laptop with Linux to tinker, since it has some cool synths and plugins that are native in Linux.
Cool to see the free drum plugin native linux hopefully they can fix the GUI
Thanks everyone

Concerning his instrument plugin, the developer of TX16Wx found the cause of the issue in his plugin and describes it here:

He announced to publish an update with the fix for TX16Wx.

Tracktion Team had been investigating this with the JUCE Team and it seems to be the result of those plugins not correctly returning the value of their XEMBED_MAPPED state.
As posted in the JUCE Forum here, and they have a fix for this bug issue in the next release update.
