id like a plugin i can choose for example i want 140hz and below to be mono and above i want stereo.
yes an eq can already do this. but not exactly. if the source has no stereo information then the eq side has nothing to do.
so basically a stereo widener plugin with a band selector.
is what i need.

MUtility can separate and pan the two channels, but I don't know about the specific frequency part. (It's got a lot of controls on it though)
