I purchased Sylenth from LennarDigital, and after installing it and entering the manufacturer's serial number, it prompts me to restart. However, I can't work with it. Every time I open Sylenth again in Cubase 13 Elements, I get the same message: I can't work with it.
I have restarted Cubase and the PC in every way possible.

Hi i have rebuilt and replaced my hard drives with ssd's, and am now in the process of reinstalling everything but i have a problem i do no have my license number or even any emails from you as for some reason my outlook account only goes back to 2018, i have googled it evan emailed microsoft but have got no reply. i also use gmail but it is not there either, i paid for it in installments so you must have me on record it was a very long time when i bought it, i can't even log in as it says wrong email ? can you help.

Please uninstall Sylenth1, then search all your VST folders (including subfolders) for any leftover files named Sylenth1 and delete everything.

Also manually delete the following folders (if they exist) on your drive (this is essential):

C:\Program Files\Common Files\LennarDigital\
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\LennarDigital\
C:\Program Files\VSTPlugins\LennarDigital\ (or {whatever VST2 folder you're using}\LennarDigital)

After that, re-install the latest full version of Sylenth1 and activate as usual.
That'll fix the problem!
