Acid style loop recording isn't really a necessary feature, but it makes it so you can get down your ideas faster because you may not know exactly how long the part is you want to record.

For those that think acid-style looping isn't necessary, here's why it really is a big feature for me: If I record a guitar part (of the not so perfect variety
) and later want to gradually increase the tempo of the whole project over time, I could. Even if you don't use it much or in the way people generally do with Acid, it is still a very useful tool to have, just like another effect. For me, it's all about the host being flexible to handle all of my needs.

that's maybe because you're trying to make two different things out of (basically) one and the same...Lunch Money wrote:La la la...

I understand exactly what you're saying, and I agree entirely!Lunch Money wrote:![]()
Nobody seems to understand what I'm talking about except Montana. You people need to learn to read. Beyond that, I was only responding to someone ELSE'S point, not making one of my own. Sheesh.

braj for example appears to think that he writes about the same thing as jtx - jtx on the other hand thinks he disagrees with Greg...

I do, greg thinks that acid style loop recording isn't useful but that acid style looping is. I say both would be nice...braj for example appears to think that he writes about the same thing as jtx - jtx on the other hand thinks he disagrees with Greg...
