Trying to buy a Zebra 3 upgrade - Cleverbridge issues are exhausting. What to do?

Hey everyone and sorry if it's a wrong place to post this but I don't know where to write about it.

I tried to buy an upgrade from Zebra 2 to Zebra 3 repeatedly since last Tuesday and still couldn't. Cleverbridge is the first "manual" online e-shop I have ever witnessed and so far it's been really strange: I enter credit card details, it tells me to wait a "normal, manual check" for at most 24 hours, it always takes all time it wants (all 24 hours+) to respond there's been an undefined issue , and it never explains anything about it. The bank has no funds withdrawal attempts registered. I tried two credit cards with the same result. There's been 0 issues with these cards anywhere but here on Cleverbridge. I tried Apple Pay on OSX and it also does not work (says "Payment not completed" without any description of an issue). I wrote an email to support via standard form on Thursday and there's no response so far, not even to acknowledge they got my email.

It's been beyond frustrating and I don't know what to do. I would've tried PayPal or credit card wire if the support at least answered but it feels oddly dangerous to try to do so without any response from there.

Anyone got similar experience? Should I try my friend's credit card? I tried 2 different cards so far, same issue. Other ideas?

Actually, best to contact cleverbridge directly since we here have little insight into why a particular transaction fails.
