Wow! gotta say I got the royal treatment here. I got really good advice. I will now rethink the Studio One vs Reaper one more time.

Actually the only reply here is nobody really gives a bleep what you choose and use.
Your inability to use a program has zero bearing on the program or its usefulness.
This is a YOU issue. Sorry, but then again nobody gives a rip. Use whatever you like.

I choose Reaper because this dev team is lightyears more seasoned than all the rest (and that DEFINITELY includes the incredibly poorly coded, PT. Now THAT is a garbage DAW and it has EVERYTHING to do with their development team).
