Thank you! A sight for sore eyes!

Post

Honestly, I didn't expect a scalable UI in a free 7.x update.
Kudos, Steini :tu:

Btw., HALion/HS 7.1.51 update is out (fixed "missing content" error message during plug-in start).

It`s not a bug... it`s a feature!

This is more maintenance than generosity. For a company like Steinberg, charging for a scalable UI in 2026 would be hard to justify.

Padshop next, please :tu:
Its over for Bitwig--CUBASE WON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Retrologue 2 also please.

(Not sure if that's part of Halion or Cubase.
Hard to keep track of what comes from where, especially since I have Absolute).

Post

Yes, hopefully the next step is Padshop and Retrologue. I don't want to use them right now because of the non-scalable UI.

Groove Agent also, you can resize it but it doesn't scale (unless I'm missing something) which makes the resize pointless

Yeah, you are right! I just tried to resize the Halion GUI and it´s the same. :?:

Ok, the UI scaling option is in the Options page, very well hidden in the preferences dialog.

Already in Groove Agent SE6 (incl. with Cubase 15). So, we should get UI scalling in Groove Agent 6 at the latest.

Oh that's good news, I only started using it the other day and was disappointed that I could resize it but it wouldn't scale

Post

Padshop really needs this, as well as a usable preset manager
