I purchased this after using the VEQ-MG4+ which I really like. This can be a great deal, I was able to get a bundle of 8 (you have a chance to open 6-20 plugins) that had at least a few really good ones. If you already have these emulations or Antelope plugins, you can run the risk of getting same (like a Neve or Pultec emulation) or duplicates; but if you want to take the risk or gamble it can really pay off. It was really fun.

Two points that made it worth it for me: 1) I don't have many old effect emulations, and 2) I have little experience with them so it was fun to get some random ones to learn. Happy Hunting.

I don't see anything wrong with it as long as they are upfront about what you can get and the exact odds involved.

I just tried my luck at it and got 9 plugins. I already had licenses for 42 plugins. Of the 9 I got, I already had licenses for 6.

I got a license for Springer, BAE-1023, Marble White AutoWah, MG4+, FET-A78, Blonder Tongue Audio Baton, BAE-1073MP, BBD-Chorus, and BAE-1084. The first 3 are new, the rest are duplicates for me. I won't try it again, given that the odds of getting duplicates are a bit too high.

Yeah, it's high, but, I think there are 75 plugins total? To get 33% new when you already have 42 licenses, which is 56% of them, if I am correct, is pretty lucky if you look at it that way. Not sure If I got that right but sounds pretty good. The thing is, is that their plugins are pretty expensive. I think the lowest one you can purchase is like 99 bucks (individual buy not bundles, although this deal appears to be the best vs the other bundles as most are more expensive)? Not quite sure if I browsed them all. A little over 8 bucks per plugin if you get unlucky and only pull 6. Not bad, but to get the full benefit you have to have none of their plugins. I personally just let it be what it is and have fun. A lot of really bad gambling and surreptitious behavior in the world today for me to make a big deal out of a loose RNG plugin loot box.

The original message from them with the code did say valid for one use per customer, so their own wording seems to indicate they are aware of this. Although the codes are sent out individually so they may have only planned on a single use.

Yeah same as most companies I get it, but a little over 6 bucks per plugin is about what one could expect to pay when getting a mystery bundle (a little over average luck). Seems good.
