Expressions - Making delay time linear

I'd like to control delay time (delay tap in MXXX) in a linear fashion with a multiparameter... rather than the default logarithmic one. Obviously I'll need to keep the 'range' of the delay time less than the default, maybe 0ms to 100ms (or 1000ms).

I've used multiparameter expressions in the past but haven't attempted this 'conversion' before.

I'm sure some smart people on here have done this, anyone any ideas for the magic formula? I had a look in the help and here on the forum but haven't discovered it yet.

To answer my own question... after some messing around, it's simply:

x^0.25
