I've seen a couple of times recently someone asking about a linux build and the dev rolling one out within days, Tweakbench for instance, so assume you're right about frameworks; if you dont need to code for windows elements specifically etc.lukeio wrote: Tue Feb 10, 2026 1:39 pm Great to see the list growing.
I think with modern frameworks (like JUCE) making cross-platform builds easier, we are finally seeing devs realizing that releasing a Linux version isn't as painful as it used to be. Hopefully, this trend continues.

Yes especially for who already uses JUCE I'm not saying it's out of the box but it's pretty close; now if Arturia would listen a bit... their plugins own the CPU when run on yabridge... even with multicore and hyperthreading disabled.GaryG wrote: Tue Feb 10, 2026 2:07 pmI've seen a couple of times recently someone asking about a linux build and the dev rolling one out within days, Tweakbench for instance, so assume you're right about frameworks; if you dont need to code for windows elements specifically etc.lukeio wrote: Tue Feb 10, 2026 1:39 pm Great to see the list growing.

Lady's and Penguin's:
Audioblast
https://www.audioblast.me/
[*] known for BreadSlicer, Mininn Drum, AcidBox (also for Linux)
released
MultiFXBlaster

[*] Random function for inspiration
[*] 4 interchangeable FX slots
[*] 18 high-quality built-in effects
55,00 €
ATK
https://www.atkaudio.com/
released a very dark Plugin named "AutoLeveler"

[*] atkAutoleveller adjusts overall audio level to match specific target level in real-time. Auto-leveller could also be called as dynamic normalizer.
TEXTURE
will go Linux soon.
Actual Tool "Ghost N Da Cell" is in alpha and Windows only for now.
But, this could be huge. You have a Overlay with Simple Stuff and a hidden
Modular Node System. It reminds me on FL Studio Patcher and Surface.
I am very curious how it goes.

(Also: I'm Accused of lying about Linux—it boots, runs my pro audio workflow, stays stable, updates--though yearly dismissed as “niche”. Yet I'm the deluded one.)
