Zoom all the way out... hehehe, I don't know what that means...
Sync does 5 octaves IIRC... should be fine? - More would start deteriorating in sound quality...
Negative Rephrase: Just start from the top? I.e. simply Flip Y to invert the phase? I think...? (Not 100% sure, but pretty sure)
Phase Distortion but with Curves and Guides -> that *is* what Map-O-Matic with Rephase is...

Can we give MSEGs a Restart option like LFOs? (free, sync, reset, single, random)?

No, I'm afraid. Some of those wouldn't work because Attack/Loop/Release. MSEGs have "single" option though.jasperdunn wrote: Sat Feb 14, 2026 10:26 pm Can we give MSEGs a Restart option like LFOs? (free, sync, reset, single, random)?

Currently I can't make the original wave cycle as short as I want when Zoom Out is 100%. I'm wondering if 100% can be set so the original wave cycle is extremely narrow.Urs wrote: Sat Feb 14, 2026 10:25 pm Zoom all the way out... hehehe, I don't know what that means...
Ahh so I'm not asking for more octaves, what I'm asking for is to have the 100 value finish on an octave, currently it goes slightly over the octave.Urs wrote: Sat Feb 14, 2026 10:25 pm Sync does 5 octaves IIRC... should be fine? - More would start deteriorating in sound quality...
Yeah, that worked thanks!Urs wrote: Sat Feb 14, 2026 10:25 pm Negative Rephrase: Just start from the top? I.e. simply Flip Y to invert the phase? I think...? (Not 100% sure, but pretty sure)
Oh, my bad, of course!Urs wrote: Sat Feb 14, 2026 10:25 pm Phase Distortion but with Curves and Guides -> that *is* what Map-O-Matic with Rephase is...
I guess I don't understand the Phase Distortion effect, seems it's not effecting the oscillator curve, but rather creating a completely new wave form from that curve? I gotta play around with it more to get a feel for it.
Thanks Urs!

Ahh makes sense, yeah a "single" option would be great, I do like the voices moving differently (triggering the MSEGs independently), though sometimes I would like all voices having a shared MSEG.Urs wrote: Sat Feb 14, 2026 10:29 pmNo, I'm afraid. Hi Urs,
I was wondering how the resonators in the Zebra3 EQ module compare to those in ZebraHZ? I searched the forum and looked at the manuals, but didn’t turn up much. My impression is that the resonators in ZebraHZ have some circuit-modeling going on (hence the modes and note in the manual about CPU consumption). Is that the case with Zebra3 as well, or is it more of a clean EQ-type boost?
Cheers!

Is there a link to what exists so far of the Zebra3 manual?

The user guide is also in the zip of the beta download.

A way do reduce ui animations would be nice.
Also, I really don't like it that deactivated modules are removed visually. When you toggle things to check a/b it's a lot of movement.
And one big request: add an input for the number of steps in the mapper so we can produce more odd-length patterns that don't lock to the main beat. There are currently mainly many powers of two values.

Check the preferences section... you can switch them off altogether.
I have a ticket for that. To at least let people select more odd values, or maybe all step sizes from 2 to 128.And one big request: add an input for the number of steps in the mapper so we can produce more odd-length patterns that don't lock to the main beat. is there a way to quickly zoom out in the MSEG windows? I am now dragging the last point to the right, to extend the view. But with a standard 4 bar view it is a very slow and annoying proces to get to let's say 64 bars.

Big editors have x 2 buttons on the bottom right of the palette.exmatproton wrote: Sun Feb 15, 2026 6:37 pm is there a way to quickly zoom out in the MSEG windows? Some numbers would be nice as well
