Scrolling tracks in Bitwig with Faderfox EC4

A year ago or so I posted a problem: when I scroll tracks in Bitwig (now in 6 b14) with a Faderfox EC4 encoder (linked to this action via DrivenByMoss latest ver) the scrolling doesn't stop when I change the direction of encoder movement. It has a kind of inertia, so if it goes down, it prolongs to go down for a while and only then it turns and start to go up. I found out that it depends on the amount of steps - if I go down 2 steps, then it goes two more and turns, if 3 - then it turns after 3 and so on.

That for sure was not so in the beginning (maybe Bitwig 4
don't remember now).

I use DbM Generic Flexy
13 MMC MMC Reset CC Effect control 2
Knob mode: Relative Twos Complement
Track: Scroll tracks

If the problem was solved, I will vey much appreciate the link to tho topic, because it is hard for me to find it here, sorry.
