Configure 'default' time signatures?

I'm just wondering if there's a way to configure which time signatures always appear in the menu when you are setting a time signature?

E.g., for example at the moment I'm charting drums for a song with bars alternating 11/8 and 5/4, I can just copy paste the 11/8, but I'd like to be able to just "one click" 5/4 like you can with 4/4 and 6/8, etc.

Just wondering if there is a way to make this possible?
