Any chance of a high contrast skin with slightly enlarged text for those of use who can't see so well?

Are you using the Free version or the Pro version? Some settings might not be available in the Free version.
Go to Settings -> Appearance -> Look and Feel
There is a display scale as well as a Colour Scheme editor with higher contrast options.
