guys, but I'm the only one who can't manually specify the size of the audio buffer on windows audio? cmajor patches started to go crazy, but I can't specify more than 10ms, everything works correctly in previous versions, I cleaned the cache, I don't understand anything

for what? delete a profile with presets? reset the settings? I have 6 versions of waveform, including 13.2, the latest without direct2d, in all versions except the latest the audio buffer switches, the latest version changed the way to create a profile in appdata\roaming\tracktion? Explain to me what's going on, then I can figure out how to fix it for myself. Thank you in advance

Please stop pretending you're some kind of spokesperson for Tracktion. It only causes confusion. There is no Waveform 14 until there is, and when there is, Tracktion will tell us about it.

Yeah, that's really extremely irritating, to say the least - especially this post sounded totally like someone actually working for Tracktion to me:

We appreciate your bug reporting, Tracktion TEAM is working hard to have all of those issues fixed in the next release, the TEAM already fixed the "only white canvas in some plugins" in version 13.5.22, caused by those plugins not correctly returning the value of their XEMBED_MAPPED state.

But there's more work to do, due to changing and updating the code as the JUCE platform have an evolution upgrading and updating the platform.

And yet, does audio buffer switching not work for everyone on the latest version? I need a working audio buffer for realphons and cmajor stability. I just remember from experience that they could have forcibly introduced a restriction, as in one of the 12th versions they introduced forced beatmapped for all audio files, which would not be desirable explicitly.

While I think they should inform us, it's not a major update by a long shot... it's a rather minor one.

Tracktion inform about updates by pushing a message to users directly to Waveform and their download manager. Details are published at their website. Only a tiny percentage of their users are likely to check this forum regularly, so it's not a priority for them. I agree that their customer support should be more active and responsive and their documentation could be better. They rely too much on users giving each other support and help.

In any case, random users giving the impression that they are Tracktion representatives helps nobody, it only distracts.
