Still a big thank you to the dev for sharing EXT64 with us. It was a fun trip back to my earlier days of making music. Oh well.

Think it would be possible and legal to get EXT64 and XT-S1 hosted somewhere since the downloads don't seem to be archived in the wayback machine?

Possible but not legal. Per the END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT:

e) to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the number and location of all copies of the Software, to supervise and control use of the Software in accordance with the terms of this License, and not provide or otherwise make available the Software to any person other than as specified herein without prior written consent from the Licensor; and
f) to ensure that any other persons who will use the Software (always subject to the limitations of this license) are notified of this license and the terms hereof prior to such person using the Software; and
g) not to sell lease, rent, loan, distribute, sub-lease, sub-license or make available the Software, the serial number, or any license key available to any others than your at all times current household (always subject to the limitations of this license); and
h) not to use, make, or cause to be made any circumvention devices designed to bypass or render ineffective any digital rights management systems and/or technical protection measures in the Software; and

I really don't understand the decisicions behind all this.
Without any sign XT64 appears, start to develop, there's a site and all,updates...people get excited and boom, all dissappeared.
XT is very unique, unbloated, focuses on the essential, clear view of all...i haven't found any sequencers like that, today in Vsts all sequencers are kind of esoteric, inspired by modular and in DAWS they are very bloated, thousands of features, tiny windows and endless clicking everywhere,XT was right to the core when you just want to record keyboard playing and arrange parts.
I was really waiting for EXT64 Vst version but it never came,we only have a half finished standalone.
Frustrating.
I don't know the reason for why Jorgen keeps pulling the plug all the time but...who knows what is going on.
Just some great tool going to waste.
For the time being i use XT2 VST with JBridge, better than nothing.
