On OSX 15.6.1, Bitwig 6 Beta 6, 17.06 Melda.

MGuitarArchitect has about 5ms latency, ok, I can live with that. But when I press "doubling" it's about 26 ms.

Bitwig reports just 1ms latency on the strip (I have AAS GS-2 guitar on the strip).

Seems like MGuitarArchitect is not reporting it's latency.

Any others see this?

I checked in the "settings", it says latency reporting "1 ms". So it is reporting the wrong latency to Bitwig?

I've also noticed some funkiness in the latency of MGuitarArchitect. When trying to find a nice balance between the oversampling, aliasing, and latency, i found inconsistencies between the OS and latencies. Some higher OS settings actually have LESS reported latency in REAPER than lower OS settings, and the scaling is not intuitive. Might be a bug. I'll report back with specific numbers.

Nice insight! Looks problematic, does Melda comb these topics still or should I submit somewhere else?

I bet we'd have to send it in if we want some attention. But I do see the Melda people on KVR from time to time.
