Windows Black Screen of Death Deleted all my MSoundfactory Presets

so as the title says. Back.Up.Your.Files!
Might happen to you aswell! My last Preset backup was in december. Just lost 2 months worth of progress, I can manage to scrap together my presets because Ive saved the most important ones in various DAW project files, and Melda can still read the frontend preset, of course.

Still, I dont even know what to do, my computer froze during the process of saving a preset in Soundfactory. The all dreaded windows blackscreen, Kernel Security error code, and *poof*. Next thing you know, my preset root folder is empty.

Out of frustration, i just updated to 17.07, and now, the rootfolder of my presets is the standart init preset tree when you first open Soundfactory. I've feared as much, and still I did it, and now all my own presets are gone, the preset file probably overwritten and lost.

So, consider this as a warning, always make sure to export your beloved meldapresets! Ive exported all of them couple months back, if i didnt do that, my life's work with melda would have just been erased out of the blue.
