Oops, there seems to be a misunderstanding somewhere.
I read in the topic you linked:
A new OpenMPT version will be released later today, containing this fix.
Yes, now work fine. Thank you.
So it sounds to me the issue was in OpenMPT / Windows, no?
So what MuLab fix do you mean?

The same issue persist in Mulab to.

As far as i understand, and as i wrote before, the issue is outside MuLab. I assume some external (Windows? MIDI driver?) MIDI buffer getting overloaded because the sysex messages are not read. OpenMPT most probably applied the workaround i also talked about in my earlier post: viewtopic.php?p=9216246#p9216246
Note that this is a workaround a bug elsewhere. It's not yet planned to apply this in MuLab. Speaking generally: Applying workarounds for bugs elsewhere is not a good habit imho. That said, future will tell whether adding sysex support in MuLab is an important/popular feature request. If not i'll have to give that dev time to more important requests. Sorry if i cause a disappointment to your specific case.

PS: Maybe a next Windows update will fix the issue.
