For me I'd like to see groove and/or groove pool. However they think integrates best.
For others Id like to see customisation of the colour scheme to stop some of the moaning.
And I'd like to see some way to group channels coming out of the drum machine so I can just group channels and have my local sends the same as I do for instrument tracks. I just cannot find a completely satisfactory way to do this yet. Good ways but slow to configure or to reuse.

I'm expecting:
A new device or two, and some not too GUI-heavy features; maybe retrospective recording?
I'm hoping for:
Tweaks and improvements to newly introduced v6 features, especially overdub-recording into alias clips without breaking the pattern link. (I can't believe we finally got alias clips but the way they're implemented makes them only useful for mouse-driven edits, not recording.
)
If I could make a wish:
Note FX bouncing, to allow using note effects in a way that's instantly visually reflected in the piano roll.

Controller API expansion so we can customize/do more/easier. Programmatic automation generation in arranger, let us place clips in the arranger via API, and so much more. Obvs I'm working on a controller script and don't have access to a lot of things that would really open it up to some incredible new things.

I just drop by once in a while to make some noise for snapshots. So many ways to control parameters across the project in real-time, do crazy modulation etc., but need a way to revert to saved states like Ableton's Performance Pack.
Seems like such a no-brainer for Bitwig.

Sampler + with the ability to slice, stretch(different types of stretch, for example, for vocals, instruments, leads, etc.) and fine-work with each slice (perhaps some other cool features) or an improved sampler with the same features as described above.
Midi comping
Save the midi through a clip, so as not to create another project to save

Just today I was like "let me grab Reverb+" "oh waif if doesn't exist yet"
And let me dream a bit:
As a newcomer to Linux audio, working from an immutable distro, I'd really love to see a reliable configuration for the flatpak that allows it to work consistently with yabridge for my windows plugins. Right now I have to bypass the flatpak for an Ubuntu distrobox which is ok but I'd prefer to be in a flatpak in my fedora Kinoite set up with all my plugins in bottles by developer and yabridge running between them
Still hoping for feedback chains in the grid
And/or maybe some new grid objects
Timed release with a Novation LaunchPad made specifically for Bitwig?
Other than that I second the suggestions throughout this thread!
