Something I can't quite figure out in BW6 is the automatic automation/parameter chooser.
Use case:
I want to lock/pin an automation lane (say, cc01) in the editor view, but every time I touch another parameter on that track, it "follows" it in the editor. This can be useful sometimes, but for the most part it means I have to constantly click back to the lane I want active.
Also, ideally, you could view multiple lanes at once in the piano roll editor. For lots of applications I don't find it useful to have to switch to automation view in the editor to see multiple lanes (as you can no longer edit the actual notes). To take this a step further, being able to save per track/clip screensets of active lanes in the editor would be so ace.
Random editor feature requests:
-Velocity tool for editing velocity values directly on the note
-velocity increments accessible via shortcuts for selected notes
-big time bitwig dream: customizable/contextual mouse modifers (like Reaper)
Thanks all!
