Lots of vocal FX in this one. My 1st track started in Cubase 15 but finished in 14 because Waves plugins don't work in 15. So I'm back to 14.

Great soundscape - could be a soundtrack for a trippy movie scene. I like the various effects and sounds. Well done!
Thanks. I even snuck in a Chapman Stick for the finale.
You creativity scares me, very cool arrangement, the final part is fantastic.
The drums sound like played in real time without a metronome click, that' s what I also do quite often, very good.

If you only had a better song releasing plan, we live in an overdose world and you overdose, too, remember less is more!
If you limited to one release per week, people would be more curious and excited to listen, cuz rare is more special than too much imo
Just my thoughts

Yeah, but that's not happening. I like to write too much and at my age, 1 song a week won't cut it. I don't know how much time I have left. So I'll just keep going on the way I am.

I am in the opposite situation, I don't have a lot of time for music, but somehow the short time I have sometimes makes me even more creative.

Hey, that's great if that's what works for you. You do you and I'll do me.

Okay, but please, feel free to speak your mind. Everybody else does. I welcome criticism.

Sage advice and it's good to be reminded of it sometimes. I have a tendency to want to upload each and every new slice of material that I come up with.

Less is definitely more, quality over quantity, etc.

And, unlike Wags here, I do have the ability to show some restraint (even though it's so easy to forget sometimes). I produce a ton of music weekly and I always want to share my newest creations since it's so easy to just upload and post these days - but I can and should reign it in a bit.

Not every single thing I create is worth sharing with the world!

Thanks Wags but it was no criticism of your music! I tried to post a reply to DCrown and accidentally messed it up! :dog:

32nd and final track from my upcoming CD "Box Set Vol 1"

Okay, this one needs some background and info.

Back in the late 70s, one of my favorite bands and songs was UFOs "Only You Can Rock Me". I always wanted to play that guitar solo, which is my favorite next to The Carpenters "Goodbye To Love"

Well, I was thinking about finally doing a cover but I realized I could never do that song justice. So instead, I decided to do a tribute to UFO and Michael Shenker.

So I created this "original" cover. For anyone who knows the song, it's instantly recognizable. The lyrics are new. The melody is new, though similar to the original. But the guitar lead is as close as I could get it. That's a direct copy. The bridge and outro are all new and the only deviations from the original song.

I did this for my own enjoyment and have no plans to monetize it in any way. If I did, I'd be sued. That's why I'm calling this an original cover, though it's more cover than original.

Anyway, here it is. My "version" of "Only You Can Rock Me"
