It's one of those take it or leave it requests but for me at least it would be handy dandy. Afaik only Zynewave Podium had this option:
Or is there a way to set it up somehow in Mulab?

The MuDrum presets have a per pad Mute+Solo.
More in detail:
In fact it's the Drum Note Processor module that has a per pad Mute+Solo.
The MuDrum presets are just one way of using the Drum Note Processor.
But you can build your own favorite drum kit presets with it.
The per pad mute+solo will always be there.
