I've noticed that INIT (via right-clicking on the patch name display) doesn't typically yield the init patch when running Zebra 3 within Bitwig 6, running Clap version on MacOS.
On Logic Pro 12.2, INIT seems to work fine.

The completed soundest is amazing - still only up to bells. This would be a great synth for horror fx - some of the patches are so creepy and even make me feel a bit dizzy - there is so much movement they feel alive
Wow Modal Village - very playful!

I am asking myself, when I have the time and energy, if I should give GPT or Claude a run to try to change things for me.pdxindy wrote: Thu Apr 09, 2026 6:32 pmSamDi wrote: Thu Apr 09, 2026 5:59 pm Thanks, I am going to investigate on that
Edit: Done. Case closed. 40.000 line txt-files are not for me![]()

Yup... it's kinda intimidating!
But I hated the menu gradients enough that I had to go figure out how to get rid of them... then I decided to tweak something else... and something else... now I figured out pretty much everything.![]()

Here is a single static saw wave going into an EQ... The EQ isn't a workaround, it's a flexible tool in its own right and sounds good.loctune wrote: Thu Apr 09, 2026 8:17 pm While the EQ can be used like a filter of any kind, I am also not so sure if it handles cutoff sweeps the same way as filters. I can use this as a workaround, but a notch filter type as option feels more straightforward in the workflow…

I don’t have any issue with the EQ’s sound. Everything in Zebra 3 sounds good. It’s more of a workaround in the workflow - the natural and straightforward way of thinking and workflow would be something like this: if I want a filter, I’d go to the filter module and choose the filter I need. Of course there are many other ways to achieve the same result, but they are all somewhat alien to the workflow. And these are the things making Zebra feel more convoluted than it should be…pdxindy wrote: Thu Apr 09, 2026 9:36 pmHere is a single static saw wave going into an EQ... could somebody please repost the instructions vs. how to backup the sound presets incl. the tags. So we don`t lose the taggs with the next update.
I searched this thread, and my notes. I couldn`t find it.

It sounds like the same problem I'm having, in which case, I can confirm. See viewtopic.php?p=9214039#p9214039cb8rwh wrote: Thu Apr 09, 2026 10:06 am There seems to be an issue with Voice Mode in the macos VST3 plugin. Changing it to legato doesn't seem to work properly - you can still play mutliple notes at the same time. The clap version works as expected - Bitwig 6 and latest Live
Could anyone confirm please?
