not quite, cinematic lab got my pictorial scoreelxsound wrote: Tue Mar 31, 2026 5:42 pmA continuation of the Make Noise shared thingy they did. This time, it’s creating a score that someone else will create. Vurt is doing Cinematic Laboratories score. I’m not sure who got his.Shabdahbriah wrote: Tue Mar 31, 2026 4:58 pmelxsound wrote: Mon Mar 30, 2026 3:31 pmI wouldn’t worry about the expectations. Might miss this Wednesday showcase due to work, but will catch it later if it airs this week!
I’m in the office twice this week for no good reason, just that the uppers are excited about a (buggy) software rollout. I don’t need to be there, but that’s just what it is.but im happy with what ive done, especially considering it's all host work, no modular beyond the sample manipulation we've done through the iterations.
You get to simply say, “you’re welcome!”
Seriously, what makes this exciting IS the different interpretation of their score. It can come out so many different ways with even with the most detailed instruction.Have I missed some kind of re-mix thingy? (a much favored form of "collaboration") Notwithstanding, I agree with the above, and look forward to hearing your efforts, Vurt.

i got crittenden iv score.
but yes, continuing the 12 string iterations, each of us wrote/drew a score, for someone else to realise in a piece.
mine came with characteristics for 4 different characters, in a scene, about ocd
me trying to get in to the mindset of someone with ocd, as someone who thrives in chaos, was the hardest part
listening back, it sounds like me, but there is some restraint too, definite moments i wouldn't normally associate with me
there's chaos, but it's organised.
