I am dropping a loop into musampla, but when I change the bpm on the daw the loops doesnt change its tempo. Is there a way to fix that? I am using spectral as strech mode and stretch key to follow is enabled.
Also what is the difference between musampla and sample player?
Sync musampla loop with daw bpm.

The Sample Player module is tempo independent.pdk_ wrote: Mon Apr 13, 2026 4:45 pm I am dropping a loop into musampla, but when I change the bpm on the daw the loops doesnt change its tempo. Is there a way to fix that? I am using spectral as strech mode and stretch key to follow is enabled.
If you want to play samples from the keyboard in a tempo dependent way, use a Sequence Player module with an Audio Sequence in it.
Currently the quickest way to reach that is:
- Load the Audio Seq One preset
- Open the Sequence Player module editor
- Drag-drop a sample on that editor

MuSampla simply is the name of a MUX Modular preset file.pdk_ wrote: Also what is the difference between musampla and sample player?
It contains several modules that all together make a usable polyphonic sample player with filter section, lfo, etc. You can edit it to full extent. For example you could want to choose another filter configuration and save that as a different preset.
Sample Player is a single 'atomic' module that can be used in the MUX modular area to create modular patches. It typically is used inside a PolySynth, alike an Oscillator module.
In fact when you click the Modular Area button on MuSampla, you can explore how it is built up and inside the PolySynth you'll find a Sample Player.
