When someone is excluded from a discussion there's always a long story as to why.
Not sure why you think it is a good strategy to try to sucker punch Urs by calling into question his professionalism?

This is so cool! I can finally upgrade a synth at the heart of my workflow.

I second that this makes it unpleasant to use compared to other plugins.Yorrrrrr wrote: Tue Dec 30, 2025 2:03 am I'm finding the GUI really heavy/slow when opening things. Is this something I could expect to get better as beta progresses?

Has it been mentioned yet whether this will be available on Plugin Boutique, Gear4Music or Disc DJ Store at release? Basically I'll need to buy it in 3 using Klarna as I can't afford full whack so I'll have to do it via one of those.

Unfortunately that may be the one that I've tried. It is slow to open the GUI, considerably slower than Zebralette 3.

Yes I've been using Drag and Drop for .wav files in FL Studio for the last few days with success. I haven't tried Tracktion Waveform lately but we have to grab it on the squiggly waveform image to the left for it to drop a file on to any synth. Just grabbing the file name won't work and again that's for any synth I've tried from any developer. I'll try it with the latest Z3 beta tomorrow.Urs wrote: Mon Apr 13, 2026 7:02 pm Btw. we have not figured out how to allow drag'n'drop .wav input from Waveform (if that is the name of that host), but it def works from FL Studio now.
Thanks but it's not just for me it's for the functionality of your synth. I'm just trying to help make it a better end product for you and the user base.
Here's another one. If I could post in the official bug report thread I would.
When this popup appears, there doesn't seem to be a way to dismiss it, right click, left click, click on another part of the GUI, none work to close it. Only closing the UI and reopening it closes the popup. It's not a big deal but it does seems like there should be a easier way to close that popup. If one exists I haven't found it yet.
I also got a Windows 11 auto reset level crash today when dragging a wave file but I can't assign blame to Zebra 3. FL Studio has been a bit wonky in recent versions and the wave file itself might have been at fault. It's something I'll keep an eye on going forward.
Dragging full size .wavs (as opposed to single cycle .wavs) can yield some very interesting results. The conversion is rarely 1:1 but the resulting waveform is almost always useful in some fashion. Choir samples seem to convert pretty well.

You don't even see the irony do you? Instead of whining about what I posted and calling me an ass (irony) why don't you go out and look for some bugs. Make yourself useful for a change.Dirtgrain wrote: Tue Apr 14, 2026 1:46 am You sound so professional with that whining tone and by flexing about your important time and contributions. You just had to go and be an ass about it, didn't you.
