Bug: Choosing a filter by clicking a radio button or using the mouse wheel in the Filter Palette doesn't register an undo action.
However, if I use the mousewheel in the palette to change the filter and then close the palette, an undo does get registered. If I use the mousewheel to select a filter in the palette and then click any radio button, that registers an undo without needing to close the palette, but it's an incorrect undo that returns to the pre-mousewheel selection instead of the pre-click selection.

Legacy licence does not include upgrade to Zebra 3. Because Legacy was significantly reduced in price from Zebra2 and included $$$$$worth of preset packs.
All of this is explained in the first post in this thread.

It's a new synth. It's mainly a Zebra update in the architecture, and layout. The sound character is not a continuation and the sound quality is distinctly higher.stromkraft wrote: Wed Apr 15, 2026 10:30 am A question to those of you that have tried Zebra 3, how likely is it in your opinion that someone that never liked Zebra, 1 or 2 — it just sounded "off" no matter how much I tried to like either incarnation — but have loved basically every other instruments from u-he since, including freebies like TN6, will like this new dazzling updated version?
Whether you like it, only you can say.

Mac OS 14.6.2 Sonoma. Sorry, forgot to add that info! My bad.
Also, I do NOT have Logitech G-Hub installed or anything similar. It's simply a mouse I plugged into the Mac and it just works. It also works just fine with all your previous software.
Feature Request (mouse related): Could we please be able to adjust the EQ module nodes 'Q' value with the mouse wheel? Currently mouse wheel on top of an EQ node does absolutely nothing. Mouse wheel adjusting Q is pretty much standard as it is right now (thanks to FabFilter Pro-Q which everybody has copied).

Please try holding the right mouse button and moving the mouse vertically while over an EQ node.bmanic wrote: Wed Apr 15, 2026 12:13 pm Feature Request (mouse related): Could we please be able to adjust the EQ module nodes 'Q' value with the mouse wheel? So, Urs, now that we're this close to official release - and after the u-He team have all had a nice little well-deserved rest of course - how soon can we expect some classy u-He tutorial videos? I know I've been mucking about with it since the first beta but Z3 is one DEEP instrument, and sound-design is not one of my strong points (not even sure if I have any strong points), so I could do with a little hand-holding to help me get the most out of it.

Do you have another, non-gaming, mouse lying around that you could test? Or do you have a way to adjust the pulling rate of the Logitech mouse? Just to check if it's indeed related to your specific mouse. Because over here, on Mac, using a Logitech MX Anywhere S3, everything works fine.bmanic wrote: Wed Apr 15, 2026 12:13 pm Also, I do NOT have Logitech G-Hub installed or anything similar. Thank you very much for your response. Yes, of course I understand all of that. I just wanted to point out that there were quite a few complaints about this specific issue in the previous thread - it’s not an isolated concern.Urs wrote: Wed Apr 15, 2026 8:02 amOne person's great visibility is another person's eye strain.warcat wrote: Tue Apr 14, 2026 10:31 pm It seems that the issue with poorly visible dark gray text on a dark background, which many users have pointed out, still remains unresolved.
We're weighing contrast, readability, information structure and everything very carefully to satisfy a wide range of preferences. We have tested this design with people, some of which are visually impaired. Please note that the main design process was done in the months before this release, we are only fixing bugs right now, such as missing labels or functionality.
We will be happy to provide more skins for different needs in the future, as we have with other products. We definitely want to create a lighter scheme. Hence, there won't be a need to rely on third party skins. But, this isn't a quick process.
Regarding eye strain, I understand this very well, as I personally struggle with it quite significantly - I am actually one of the visually impaired users.
Okay, your position is clear, thank you. I would just like to note that both I and others who raised concerns about overly dark text were referring specifically to the text itself, not the entire skin. In other words, a light theme is not really what we are asking for. In my opinion, the overall skin is quite good - the issue is mainly the poor contrast and readability of certain dark gray text elements.
Well, I hope that in the end this will at least be something that can be edited manually.

YES please !!!!
pretty pretty please
imho also true for filterscape/filterscapeVA
the ctrl- doesn't do the trick imho and is laggy
and only works if i first clickt ctrl and then do the click-dragging
and not freely whilst (i.e.: drag the EQ dot then hit ctrl to freely adjust Q) ...
already wanted to write this myself, but took a while
to read through all of those messages...
