It would be interesting for us to get a MIDI file which exposes the steppy behaviour for reference so we can tweak the response to pitch slides.Eluwei wrote: Sat Apr 18, 2026 12:08 pm Approaching it from a different perspective...
Settings > Audio & MIDI > MIDI Control Slew: Slow
This seems to help, although the timings in terms of ms are unclear, and the results remain a bit steppy for long pitch-slides across 2/1 and 3/1.
Even here, the slew times could be greater (250 ms to 500 ms).

[I’m not sure if this has been brought up before, but if so, please accept my apologies.]
I’ve noticed that in Key Control mode, the focus indicators (the brackets/caret surrounding an element) in the GUI appear to be slightly off-centre.
OS: W11
[Please see Noise 1, Osc 1, Env 2, and Env 3 in the attached screenshot for reference.]

Yeah, that's because the little knob that appears when the ModMatrix is active for the knob is actually part of the knob. Looks odd when "empty", but makes sense when seen as a whole. We have an upcoming project to make this more dynamic, but we didn't want to postpone the release for it.e-musician wrote: Sat Apr 18, 2026 7:59 pm [I’m not sure if this has been brought up before, but if so, please accept my apologies.]

If I modulate Osc Pitch with a triangle LFO, and have Quantize enabled on the Pitches page and it is set to Post Modulation, my assumption is that the LFO modulation will be quantized to the selected scale.
But the Quantize has no effect on the modulation. Seems like a bug.

Are you modulating the pitch on the pitch page, or on the osc page? Because i think the quantisation only works with the pitch mod parameters on the pitch page..?pdxindy wrote: Sun Apr 19, 2026 5:26 am If I modulate Osc Pitch with a triangle LFO, and have Quantize enabled on the Pitches page and it is set to Post Modulation, my assumption is that the LFO modulation will be quantized to the selected scale.

Maybe it's done to include the modulation indicator, when present, in the frame...?e-musician wrote: Sat Apr 18, 2026 7:59 pm [I’m not sure if this has been brought up before, but if so, please accept my apologies.]

Ahh... yes, it works with the modulation on the Pitches Tabs.exmatproton wrote: Sun Apr 19, 2026 7:15 amAre you modulating the pitch on the pitch page, or on the osc page? Is it intended that when I load a saved OSC wavetable into an existing patch all modulations get unassigned and the OSC FX disappear? If so, that's a pity...
