Great hack, thanks!plugmon wrote: Mon Apr 20, 2026 8:07 amIt’s a bit of a workaround but there's a manual fix for this.Sampleconstruct wrote: Sun Apr 19, 2026 10:35 am Is it intended that when I load a saved OSC wavetable into an existing patch all modulations get unassigned and the OSC FX disappear? If so, that's a pity...
Open the .h2p file with a text editor and strip out most of the parameter lines. Zebra3 will skip the missing parts when loading, effectively replacing only the waveforms while keeping your other parameters intact.
Check the attached sample to see how it's done!

Congratulations with the release of Zebra 3.0 ! A huge one after years of dedicated hard work.
Did you all realize Zebra 2.0 came out ... nearly 20 years ago?
It's still a very relevant plugin.
Today it seems impossible to ever outgrow Zebra 3 with all its possibilities and high quality.

The more I hang around at KVR the less music I make.

The "Zebra 3 - Out now!" video does a good job of highlighting the best features.
As a filmmaker myself my only idea would be to change the tracks presets at the end (when it says "1200+ Factory Presets" and the cursor clicks on a preset) and make it a more aggressive 'remake' of the song. End it with a bang.
Doesn't matter though and I assume everyone at U-He is near total exhaustion anyways.
Congrats on this killer synth, U-He.

wondering if the 4 'pitch' sources are the keytracking for pitch. And the 'keytracking' source is solely for the position on the 'keyboard' and not so much for pitch itself. I guess that must be it. Which i think is the behavior we want. That way we always have KT for plain position tracking, instead of what ever mod we apply to pitch. And we still have the 4 pitch sources to apply as modsEluwei wrote: Mon Apr 20, 2026 9:05 am Found one small anomaly that I missed earlier...
When modulating LFO Rate with Key Follow, the keytracking remains in 12 tone equal temperament, even when the intonation loaded in MTS-ESP is something other...
However, when using Pitch 1 to keytrack modulate LFO Rate, it does correctly follow the intonation loaded in MTS-ESP.
For example, if the user has loaded a seven tone (SCL) tuning in MTS-ESP, using Key Follow (with depth set to 100%), the Rate will double at 12 MIDI notes multiples above the starting pitch, and half at 12 below, rather than 7 MIDI notes...
But, as above, when using Pitch 1 to keytrack Rate, since the SCL in MTS-ESP features a 2/1 repetition interval at 7 MIDI notes above the 1/1, here the Rate of the LFO will correctly double, half, etc. at 7 MIDI notes as rate keytracks with the scale.
Expected behavior, is that Key Follow should follow the currently active tuning loaded in MTS-ESP, rather than remain in 12-equal.
Apologies for missing this. Will endeavor to be more rigorous in testing things in the future.

Not really..if you want to modulate for instance pan or volume with KT, it would be quite annoying if it didn't follow the keybed in your keyboard. If it would strictly follow the (modulated) pitch, it could be jumping all over the place (if the pitch is modulated that way). Which is (with this current config) still possible if you were to mod pan and volume with the pitch source. it hink this is the most flexible

indeed. So now we have 2 ways we can (pitch related) modulate parameters (the usual KT and 4 pitch sources), instead of the usual 1 (in most other synths)..more flexibilityEluwei wrote: Mon Apr 20, 2026 9:45 am Keytrack modulation using the pitch of scales in MTS-ESP, only changes the frequencies mapped to MIDI notes, but in no way should affect following the keybed of a keyboard controller.
