We just released ShaperBox 3.6.2, which fixes CPU spikes in PitchShaper's Complex mode, disappearing mouse pointers in Logic Pro, occasional missing/frozen modulation traces, and some other minor issues. You can download the update in your Cableguys account at: https://www.cableguys.com/login

And we just launched our Winter Sale, so you can get ShaperBox 3 Bundle – including the new PitchShaper worth $39 – for just $89. Snapback, the instant drum layering effect, is also on offer, at $29 instead of $49.

Or get the complete Cableguys Bundle – which includes ShaperBox 3, Snapback, FilterShaper XL, Curve 2, HalfTime and MidiShaper – for only $149.

Would love to see a master mix lock.

FR for the NoiseShaper.

Would love to have a non-random waveform position start in the NoiseShaper. Right now it hits randomly every hit, which makes the kick too unpredictable.

Plus have the ability to actually select the waveform start position. You can't do this now.

It's too bad Shaperbox's Oscilloscope is no use on the master channel because it can't align the drawing of the waveform to the beat. When plugins introduce latency and Shaperbox is placed behind those, the waveform is drawn exponentially late, out of sync.

Sorry... not true:
If a DAW has proper PDC, Shaperbox is spot on...
You are most likely talking about Ableton which doesn´t have per plugin PDC on the same track...
This is clearly a shortcoming of Ableton and not Cableguys fault!

Yes i use Ableton. So do a big number of other people i'm sure. So for us Live users my post holds true sadly.

Of course... but it´s nothing Cableguys could change... that´s purely up to the Abletons who have already stated a lot of time that´s technical not possible with their current system...
That´s one of their major drawbacks one always have to work around...

The only thing Cableguys could do, like it is I think in LFO tool, that you can input manually a latency/delay for the visuals to better sync it...but I don´t know their take on it...
I´ve seen feature requests on this but not their response (if there was any)...

If you are on PC there is a free great alternative for a synced Oscilloscope which has such a manual latency input field...
This would be Psyscope free: https://fx23.net/free-vsts/

It works great too... :tu:

Hi thanks for your suggestions Trancit! It works nicely in LFOTool. I wish Cableguys would think about adding such a slider to manually sync the waveform starting position.
Meanwhile i'm going to demo some others. Minimeters also looks nice.

You can sync ShaperBox's LFOs using the MIDI or Audio modes, both of which are correctly compensated by Ableton Live. We would recommend that over a manual offset because it will still work if the project latency changes (ie, you insert or remove some plugins).

I already thought so but wasn´t sure...
Good way of doing it! :tu:

Cableguys Bundle minus Curve - Transparent r2.png

We just released ShaperBox 3.6.3, an update that focuses on quality and stability improvements.

PitchShaper's Vocals and Drums modes now have more robust pitch tracking under rare edge cases.

TimeShaper's Smooth Step Mode is now even smoother, with a reduction in extremely low-level resampling artefacts.

Master bypass handling has been overhauled, with smoother crossfading between dry/wet signals, and fixes for clicks and false audio triggers that could occasionally occur when disabling bypass.

Rounding out the update, mouse handling issues have been addressed, and CPU spikes that affected Time, Pitch and Reverb Shapers have been resolved.

You can get the ShaperBox 3.6.3 update in your Cableguys account at: https://www.cableguys.com/login

We also updated five of our other plugins – Snapback (v1.1.2), Kickstart 2 (v2.0.9), HalfTime (v1.1.12), FilterShaper XL (v1.0.6) and MidiShaper (v1.6.3) – with many of the same stability and quality refinements.

Thanks, alas I am not sure they are apple signed properly.
I get this on at least two of them I have tried so far.

I am on 26.4.1 Apple Silicon.
