Today I opened a preset created with an older version of RC in RC 3.2, and I wanted to add a couple of rows of knobs and faders. But, there is no button in the toolbar to do that, and the pencil to open the Grid Editor is also missing. Is this a known issue? Have I activated some sort of EZ screen that doesn't have these controls and that I also can't find?
Remote Control issue - not able to edit via Grid, or Rows/Columns in older preset

That's because the preset is using one of the legacy skins. You can load the grid skin instead using the burger icon in the toolbar and select the gris skin for the current preset. It should keep most of the settings of this particular preset and will give you access to the grid controls.

Hmmm...if I load the Preset Skin "Controls 24," which is where this comes from, I still get no grid controls. In fact, loading any of the "Controls" skin presets gives me no grid controls. Same with any of the included Preset Skins. If I load a Factory Preset, I get the grid controls, but of course all my assignments are lost.
I think I'll just start from the beginning! Thanks, though.

Sorry if it was not clear. The skin you need to load is the "Dynamic grid" skin. You can load it after loading the presetand you will keep your assignments and should be able to setup the grid.
