Good day!

Currently I am testing the MAutoShift VST in EQ APO. I found that on the top right side of the window. It states "Sleeping" in purple colour. I untick the sleeping option in the setting but the status never change. Though it states it is sleeping, I could hear the changes when I try different option.

Good day!

Refer to the MAutoPitch/Max Frequency/Tuning: 440 Hz, I could select the Tuning and enter 432 Hz but when I check back it turn back into 440 Hz. How to change to 432 Hz?

Thanks.

Try both the sleeping options in the settings. If that doesn't help, please send us a support email.

What do you mean by "when I check back"? I tried to set it to 432, and it stayed like this. So what are you doing exactly? For example, hiding the window or closing the DAW, what action causes it to change back to 440?

EQ APO (Audio Processing Object) is a wrapper, not a real VST host. It doesn't follow the full VST standard for UI/DSP synchronization. There is no easy fix on our end for this case...

The "issue" is entirely due to the host's architecture. Equalizer APO does not provide a continuous audio callback to the VST GUI. It only syncs parameters and processes the audio as Win service. This is also why you can notice that analyzers, meters, sleep state etc do not work there - the UI simply has no data to display.
