Can Waveform Free read sheet music?

There may be some specialized software that can interpret scanned musical script (??), but this isn't a feature of any of the common DAW's. A few can OUTPUT from MIDI piano-roll to musical notation.
Possibly some of the scoring programs may be able to handle scanned sheet music?
Musescore, Scanscore, and Sibelius plugin PhotoScore may do what you want. Just google
"convert sheet music to midi". I gather it's a starting point only; like scanning text documents. Needs lots of editing and interpretation afterward.
