As a small preview and comparison between V1 and V2

Those are absolutely awesome! They're crisper than version 1 and that seems to be important now to these old eyes.

I'm generally not a fan of "aged" GUIs with scratches and rust etc but that's just my personal taste.

I'm very much looking forward to the release!

As for your Nexus 5 skins will they just be for the "classic" view or is is possible to skin the full editor view as well?

Yes the Nexus skins will be only for the Retro Mod/View.

The Vanguard 2 UI skins are available now. Existing customers (who had purchased it via Resonance-Sound.com) should already received an email with the new product package in it

Indeed the new skins are all very nice. Excellent work and something for everyone I would think.

Everything seems to work just fine but I noticed an issue that is so minor I hesitate to mention it but the front of the "R" in the ReFx Logo is cut off. I don't know if that's a style choice or a glitch so I'll drop it here just in case:

Certainly not a big deal either way.

EDIT: I just fired up Nexus 5 and the R is cut off on it as well so it must be a style choice by ReFx. So nevermind carry on........

Reckon we're missing a Novation Supernova II and Waldorf Microwave XTk version though.

Micowave XTk, hmm for the Nexus5R skins is a Waldorf Wave already there. XTk additional would be to similar i think. And Supernova hmmm maybe (!) later for Nexus5R. But for Vanguard2 it will stay with the current 10 skins.
