Trouble - I loose my channel mixing

Hi,

with many manipulations with my drum track ; I loose my Channel mixing in the desk mixing
So my track with my instrument (Mutools instrument) haven't connection with channel mixing.
HAve you already enconter this trooble

I use Mulab 10.2.18
