Our instruments can be resold once by the original owner. Samplemodeling does not charge a license transfer fee. Updates and upgrades will still be available to the new owner. However, we have some rules in place to help protect all parties involved:
You must have owned the library for at least 30 days before it becomes eligible to be resold.
The license will become NFR (Not For Resale) after you transfer it. That means: this license cannot be again sold by the new owner. You must notify the new owner of this prior to selling it.
Provide us with the name and email address of the new owner, as well as the instrument names and their associated serial numbers to be transferred, so we may initiate the transfer with Native Instruments.
You must provide the product files to the new owner. Updated / upgraded instruments cannot be separated to be retained or sold separately.
Remove all copies from your system following the transfer and send us an email statement that you have done so.
