is anyone using TX16WX on Ubuntu 26.04? i am unable to install it because it needs dependancy "libxml2" and i haven't been able to install it. i'm new to Linux so any help would be appreciated.

It seems you are not the only person (or TX the only software) hitting this issue. Ubuntu 26 only ships with libxml2.so.16, which is neither linkage or ABI compatible with the version shipped for U24.x and lower. The only real solution I can think of here is to link the library statically instead on Linux. I'll put up a new build in the 3.8 beta section soon, this should fix it.

Build 3.8.0beta 7809.968 is now up in the beta section. It should fix your issue.

it installs and seems to work like it should. still trying to get a VST host or DAW set up so i haven't checked it all out yet. thanks!
