Wish there were an AI DAW agent that could quickly and automatically convert VI drum samples to .wav (play midi while recording audio, chop, render and name appropriately, navigate plugin gui to next kit, etc.) so I could put these into XO without wasting a lot of time.

Then again someone's probably already created agents that can do this... wonder how long it will be before they become widely available, safe, and/or integrated into DAWs. I'd expect Ableton to be an early adopter, at least unless generalized anti-AI sentiment becomes more pervasive and extreme.

[Edit: just remembered someone created some sort of AI agent thing for Reaper but I haven't examined ir in detail]

Given Komplete 26 came out this month and the NKS partner sale ends June 30, it seems unlikely that they will have the typical summer sale. The pattern looks to be changing from this year, as they typically used to have summer sale in June and release new Komplete in September/October. Also, the update/upgrade pricing of Komplete has changed with latest version offering lower prices compared to previous versions.

Even if they do a summer sale in June/July, I don't think it will include (up to) 50% of "updates/upgrades" on Komplete at least.

To me, Komplete 15>26 is the same lack of actual NI-substance like previous years

No killers, just sound-fillers, etc, old Izotope you already own before being fillers in Komplete

Old PA you had almost free already in the old days with eternal price-cirkus, (collecting dust anyway),..
