For the past 4 to 5 years, Addictive Drums. Before that, I used Battery 3 all the time.
I do have BFD3, but I have only used it for one song.

XO librarian and sample selection >>>>>>> Triazjules99 wrote: Tue May 19, 2026 7:05 am In terms of sheer quality of its electronic drum samples, Maschine 2/3 is miles ahead. It just has a super clunky workflow.
In terms of workflow for sequencing and well-balanced drum kits it's either XLN XO or triaz for me.

I wish these two would just f**k and make a baby

Bingo Drum Machine from Okay Synthesizer is FANTASTIC for parameter locks and sound sculpting
I also like Triaz and Battalion but Bingo is the most fun I've had in a while coming up with crazy happy accidents and getting the closest to an Elektron flow (in many ways better)

It depends for what.
If I'm using acoustic drums: SSD5 and Kontakts Drums
When it comes to everything else: chopped splice loops and sounds in Logics sampler, Glory and Vice by UJAM (I still use the v2 version, even if I#ll have the option to use the v3 Beatmaker versions due to the changed routing ). Lately I hve also created a drumkit made out of Omnisphere 3 sounds

I own SO MANY drum plugins.
EZ Drummer 3
and
Sitala 2
are the ones that get used most.

Drum Designer - my most used one. It's fast to use and customize. I only wish more kits would have been added by now--but they seem content to leave it as is (and make other drum/perc instruments to sell).
Superior Drummer 3 - Great for real drums.
Damage 2 - Great for big, orchestral/cinematic/whatever drum sounds.
