Did Arturia consolidate licenses at some point? I started my Arturia journey with an MS-20 license that someone here gifted me and have since duplicated that with buying collections so I had unlinked it in my account with the goal of re-gifting it. Now I don't see it in my products and I don't remember managing to give it away.

If you unlink it, it's removed from your account completely. You would have received an email at that time that contains the serial number and unlock code to give away or re-register.mutagen wrote: Wed May 27, 2026 6:58 pm Did Arturia consolidate licenses at some point? Thanks. It looks like we're going to be able to do it, although not everything. Which ones are you interested in?Choikdoi wrote: Tue May 26, 2026 5:28 am OK, thanks. I'm probably gonna grab some stuff, but I'll wait until PB's sale finishes at the end of the week, in case they do give you the thumbs up.

Which ones are you interested in? Right not I'm asking for the bundles, as those seem like the best deals to me.LoveEnigma18 wrote: Tue May 26, 2026 2:53 pm Thanks, I will also wait a couple more days. Hope they (Roland) respond positively.![]()

Thank you! Found it. Offering it to the posters building out their collection on the previous page. If they don't take me up on it I'll try giving it away again (posted once before asking for a PM and no responses at the time).mimtemdo wrote: Wed May 27, 2026 7:44 pmIf you unlink it, it's removed from your account completely. Thanks. How about the Digital Polysynth Collection? It has those + System-8 and System-1.

Okay, thanks. Actually, I was thinking about Analog Polysynth Collection, as I have most of the others that I am interested in. It would be great if that's possible.Uncle E wrote: Wed May 27, 2026 7:55 pmWhich ones are you interested in? Open letter to Jrr Shop
I've been a Jrr Shop customer for a fairly long time, I don't even bother counting the years. Hundreds of transactions - thousands of US dollars - you can't give exact figures because the Jrr Shop website and customer account purchase history were reset a few years ago, for some reason, only Jrr Shop can tell.
Anyway. Jrr Shop offers products at pretty good prices. And the service can be quite good, if variable. But that's often the case with small businesses, with limited resources.
Where Jrr Shop could improve is that sometimes the customer has to beg them for a product that the customer has paid for.
At least that's what seems to happen to me from time to time, most recently this week.
The product license was only sent after I had asked for it from Jrr Shop support. Yes, the junk mail was checked, and the Jrr Shop account history was checked, too, before I wrote to the Jrr Shop support.
Well, now it turned out that support did send a license after my request, but apparently a wrong one.
At least this UAD native plugin authorization (redeem) doesn't work, it seems to lead to DSP plugin authorization because the UA website asks define the System (System 1 or System 2).
https://www.uaudio.com/my/account/redeem -> redeem code
I have about 20 native UA plugins, and if the authorization process hasn't changed, that's what happened, most likely. Anyway I wish Jrr Shop would check that. If ony they had time.
I've sent several messages to Jrr Shop about the matter again, no response. I guess its because of the time difference, but that pissed I'm am because of the process that decided to write this feedback.

Thank you. I apologize for the trouble. The code we sent you should be correct, it's the one we received from UA and all the plugins we sell from them are native. I believe that because the plugin is for both native and UAD DSP, it is simply asking you which DSP system they should apply the DSP side of it to. In other words, once you register, you will have licenses both in your iLok account and directly on your UAD DSP.
Regarding the delay in sending your order in the first place, there is a field on our site that shows how long it takes to receive licenses. In the attached screenshots, you can see that one says "Immediate email delivery" and the other says "Email delivery within 24hrs (Sun-Sat)". Unfortunately, due to a massive increase in fraud earlier this month, I've had to expand the number of products that don't get delivered immediately, and that's why you're having orders get delayed that wouldn't have been delayed just a few weeks ago.
Please feel free to PM me any time you have concerns. I would especially recommend it on weekends and holidays (Monday was a holiday for us) when my customer service team doesn't work.
