It works fine for me on Windows 10. But I don’t use the terribad Lie application. Did you set up the Touché in Bitwig as a generic midi controller?

Strange. The default CC's still work, just the 'Learn CC' function on the MIDI modulator is what crashes. So I just need to memorize the default CC numbers and use those across four MIDI modulators & I am good. Still a weird bug that I have reported to Bitwig because I never had this learn function crash before.

You really don't want to learn Bitwig parameters to a touche cc message. Then your parameters are stuck in the absolute range of the expressions, so at zero until you push them. You want midi modulations so that you can still edit the original parameters starting point and also change the direction of the modulation. Additive modulation is much better with Touche than absolute. I'd say absolute would be near useless.
