I recently bought an UVI bundle in KVR and I was concerned about the same. And the seller patiently listed the 116 products for me. But after 1 week I realized that the answer to my (your) question was simple:

Historically there has been ONLY ONE bundle, and the 116 products included are clearly indictaed in UVI page. No UVI bundles before, and at the moment there is no hint (yet) that they will release a Bundle #2.
So the products incuded are here ( https://www.uvi.net/sonicbundle ) and the rest (I think they are marked all as "new" in UVI page, not sure) are NOT included.

This is different from Native Instruments bundles (many types, but clearly identified) or Impact Soundworks / Soundiron / UJAM and others (no way to identify at what moment "all" current products were included).

Yes, this is the version as described on the UVI website: https://www.uvi.net/sonicbundle

However, after reviewing the libraries in the bundle and re-discovering some gems in there, I have decided to de-list the sale for a while as I decide whether or not I truly want to part with them. Decisions, decisions ...
