actually I never actually bothered with jam points. IK´s only worth it for me during one of those crazy group buys.

I had accumulated a fair amount of jampoints over the years, never used them for software (mainly cause the VAT in Europe wipes them out), but I did buy a ToneX One and used some of my jampoints to get the price down a good bit, so they were worth something it in the end.

Just bought the UAD dbx160 at JRRShop (currently on sale for $29 plus FORUM discount ) and the order confirmation says completed but I have not received the redeem code to use at UAD. It says the code will be generated in my account page but the code is blank. Never encountered this before, do I just have to wait?

I have about 92 points already, but you can only use a certain percentage of them.

Also, you can’t take the 50% off and use jam points. It’s one or the other.

JamPoints are loyalty points that can net up to 30% off. They can't be combined with coupons, that's not abnormal to not stack a 50% coupon with another 30% off or similar.
