I can not promise anything regarding Linux until the following are released:

SynthMaster 3.5 Win/Mac
SynthMaster 3.5 iOS
SynthMaster 4.0 Win/Mac/iOS

Right now, we are in a very bad situation financially, so I can't risk anything. If I knew that Linux would bring us a substantial amount of customers I would have done it, but I am not hopeful about that so it is still a low priority for us until we break even.
I understand. I will wait with patience and hopefulness. :)

(Also: I'm Accused of lying about Linux—it boots, runs my pro audio workflow, stays stable, updates--though yearly dismissed as “niche”. Yet I'm the deluded one.) :roll:

I have an issue that only popped up recently. In Win 11, as most will know, the AV/Malware protection is a lot more aggressive than in previous versions of the system.

While I could speed up loading times of my DAW and Plugins by adding exception folders that are excluded from realtime scanning - this did nothing to Synthmaster 3. It takes about 2 minutes to load the first instance in a project (follow-up instances load way quicker) and I can see the AV working in the task manager. Is there a constructional issue or did I just not cover all folders, that Synthmaster uses? I excluded the VST 3 folder it is in and the SM3 folder in documents.

Oh, and one addition: It used to load fast even on Win 11 without the exception folders. It was one of the last 3 or 4 SM3 updates, that introduced it, but I couldn't be any more specific.

I would suggest emailing me the log files under:

c:\users\public\public documents\synthmaster3\logs

Thankfully, Synthmaster 3 runs perfectly on CachyOS with Wine 11.11 staging and the latest Yabridge Alpha. :tu:
