Perhaps the bug(s) is/are specific to FL? I recommend sending them an email. The developer, Xavier, is super nice. I assume that he is happy to be informed if there is a bug so he can fix it.darkcapricorn wrote: Wed Jun 10, 2026 1:26 pmwangeroge wrote: Tue Jun 09, 2026 10:20 pm In "The Eighty" GUI resize and preset change does work and no error messages. But I have to admit: the preset manager could be better. And the developer must have a pretty large screen or good eyes.
I tried 7 synths. I noticed later GUI resizing bug seems to be only for 505.
Preset change button bug for PolyKB3,The Eighty and 505 with my latest FL studio.
I guess DAW error massage would be only for non iLok trial versions.
It feel like The Eighty's sound is better than softube and of course arturia.
Hmmm I'm on the fence about buying The Eighty.

Figures, they can't be hassled fixing existing stuff when they can sell new hw insteadUncle E wrote: Sun Jun 21, 2026 9:09 pm Someone on the Softube forum "gimped it" (whatever that means):

MODEL80 needs a "hide keyboard" option just like MODEL84 and the latter allows the right-click/lock of everything except CHORUS, which is non-sense. Tech support seemed careless when I asked and I just read on their wonderful forum that yeah, their coding team works on new stuff as to pay the bills.
I got both for 20 bucks each which is fantastic value, being abandonware basically.

Thanks but I don't see any Cubase LE license in my Focusrite account nor do I have one from any other source.sprnva wrote: Sun Jun 21, 2026 6:05 pmIt's been a while since I checked but there were two types of Cubase LE license. One that was locked to a particular version and one which isn't.Teksonik wrote: Sun Jun 21, 2026 5:36 pmSame here, my 6i6 is pretty old. I see the UVI Tape Suite which I have no interest in but not Cubase LE which I might be interested in trying.
IIRC if you have a copy of Cubase LE with a version number after it, it will unlock that version and any prior versions. If it doesn't have a number it will also unlock any future versions. So if you have a licence like the latter you can always get the latest version.
Just mentioning this as Cubase LE licenses are given away from time to time so you might have one.
