Three-Body Technology UNMASK

This is a really interesting entry for Three Body. It just further cements their position in the industry as what I kind of think as the "poor man's Fabfilter". They quality is certainly there.

I don't particularly regard TBT as a "poor man's Fabfilter."

Namely, because as a FabFilter total bundle customer, I already use all of their plugins.

However, FabFilter have nothing currently within their product line, that competes with UNMASK.

It would be great if they did. I'm sure they'd also do a great job. But until they do, there's no real comparison.

I guess you're predominantly referring to some of their EQ plugins. Although both companies have more to offer than just EQ products.

Point being if you already have Fabfilter plugins you typically don't need Three Body Technology, unless it's their new Unmask. However, if you don't have Fabfilter and it's particularly pricey for you then TBT plugins are worthy contesters. Especially if they are on sale.

At the time it was released, Kirchhoff offered a lot more than Fabfilter, sounded better and wasn´t cheap at all...
