Tracktion tells me:
'Can't open project because there is already an open project with the same id'
Any ideas?

It means the project is already open in your list on the right. Look through the project list; it should be listed.

Thanks Beno,
But it wasn't listed anymore. For some strange reason it had disappeared from the projects list.So apparently I had two different projects (with different names) with the same id. I closed all projects and then tried to open them one by one.
My two latest projects couldn't be opened at the same time. I exported one as an archive and opened it in a new project. This solved the problem.

Hmm. Strange. But you got it sorted so that's good.

Yeah, that rings a bell with me too. I did something kind of odd with a project, can't rember quite what, and Tracktion got very confused. Since then I've just been careful to not inadvertantly cross-pollenate projects.PT wrote:I think I've had that happen when I changed the name of a project, changed the name of the edit, but not of the trk file. Or something like that.

Still, it seems like this is worth an official bug report. Is there an easy way to submit such a thing?Beno wrote:Hmm. Strange. But you got it sorted so that's good.
